The demand for Maria Peters' talents has kept Maria extremely busy and in high demand over the years. Maria graciously appreciates your business and/or support over the life of her career here in Sioux Falls. As always, Maria's prime concern has and will be with the welfare and education of her students, and possibilities of opening opportunities for them by helping them perfect their craft. She is also a loving mother and wife and does need time for family. Maria schedules her own performance engagements, as her schedule permits. We apologize that we can no longer keep her schedule up-to-date through the website. We just don't have the time post it online. This may have mislead some into thinking that Maria was not busy when just the opposite is true.
Originally, Maria performed solo, as a part of a duet, in a trio or as a quartet member a great deal before her demand as a violin and viola music teacher rose. Maria not only has her own business teaching students, but she is now a member of the Augustana University teaching staff, and also works for the University of Sioux Falls. The following archive documents a time when she had more free time and could keep the events list up-to-date.
